Think of 3 amazing things you would love to have in your life?

Now, let's look at how to start creating them!!!

Ask yourself what you really really want!

Get very specific. You need to be really clear about exactly what you want

The clearer you are, the easier it will be to focus on making it happen.

Writing down your ideas is key to success. By writing them down, you have started already to create them! Have them written down where you can see them every day, on your fridge or on the wall in your office.

Now, Affirm Them. By focusing on what you want, you manifest.

Start taking small actions as though your new belief is already true. Act as if the thing you desire is actually the truth. This is a powerful way to change your belief in your brain. The 'actions' will alter your brain make-up and create new neural pathways to bed in your new belief.

Create your own affirmation for one of the goals you dream of. Here are a couple to help you get started.
